ONE COORDINATED OPERATION

Pest expertise. Dedicated wildlife support.

Pest Control Barrie operates under The Exterminators brand and works alongside Wildlife Shield, our dedicated wildlife control division. Locally delivered services are backed by an Ontario-based pest and wildlife control organization.

THE EXTERMINATORS

Pest control

Services for mice, rats, ants, cockroaches, bed bugs, and wasps. Treatment recommendations reflect the pest involved, the extent of activity, and the conditions identified during inspection.

WILDLIFE SHIELD

Wildlife removal & protection

Humane wildlife services for animals such as raccoons, squirrels, and skunks. Where appropriate, exclusion and structural repairs protect vulnerable areas and reduce the likelihood of re-entry.

Experienced technicians, established procedures, and shared operational resources support consistent service standards, including situations with multiple contributing pest or wildlife factors.

OUR INSPECTION-BASED APPROACH

Understand the property. Address the source.

We evaluate the conditions present before recommending work. Depending on the pest or wildlife issue, the appropriate service may involve:

  • Pest & wildlife identification

Determine the species involved and assess the signs of activity.

  • Entry point inspections

Locate relevant gaps, openings, and structural vulnerabilities.

  • Targeted pest treatments

Select control methods for the infestation and property conditions.

  • Structural exclusion

Seal accessible entry points where appropriate for rodent or wildlife work.

  • Attic & roofline protection

Address wildlife access at vents, soffits, and building intersections.

  • Preventive recommendations

Explain conditions that may contribute to recurring activity.

We explain our findings and the recommended scope so property owners understand the immediate issue and the measures that may help reduce future risks.

OUR COMMITMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICE

Clear explanations. Practical recommendations.

Not every pest or wildlife problem requires extensive treatment or structural work. When a straightforward solution is appropriate, we explain why.

When a more comprehensive approach is needed, we outline the options and the reasons behind our recommendations. Our objective is to address the source of the problem with professional workmanship and transparency throughout the process.

BARRIE & SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES

Recommendations shaped by the property.

Barrie includes established neighbourhoods, older homes, waterfront properties, and expanding subdivisions near wooded areas and natural corridors. Seasonal changes, Lake Simcoe, and surrounding green spaces can influence rodent activity and wildlife movement.

We consider building construction, potential access points, and the surrounding environment when recommending work across Barrie and nearby Simcoe County communities.

Service availability depends on your location and the nature of the issue. Confirm coverage with our team before scheduling.
