BEFORE YOU CALL
A few details help us understand the problem.
You don’t need to know the species or the solution. Start with what you’ve noticed; our staff will ask questions to help establish the next step.
What you’re noticing
Describe sightings, noises, droppings, or damage, and how long the activity has been happening.
Where it’s happening
Have the property address ready. Mention the property type and the rooms or exterior areas affected.
What’s already been tried
Tell us about previous treatments or repairs. Ask about preparation, access, and what a proposed service includes.
What happens next?
Our staff discuss the situation and, where appropriate, arrange a visit based on urgency and availability. On-site findings determine the recommended work, and applicable warranty terms are explained before service.
